I wanted to share this Treasury curated by the Shelby Trading Company at Etsy today. There's so many great picks here and there's nothing cozier than a country kitchen! I'm happy that my Vintage Mustard Jar was included in it...so a special thanks is going out to them. Please be sure to visit the other features by clicking onto any of the links above.
Well, I still haven't found a vintage doll house for my growing collection of miniatures and to be honest, I don't even know where I'd put one if I did find one, but I'm pretty sure I'd somehow make a spot for it if one crossed my path for the right price.
While I wait... I'll just Dream, and pretend and play with the things that I do have....
I can get lost in the mini world and all it's cuteness! Let's have a cup of tea and some chocolate chip cookies, I made the cookies myself...let me pull up another chair and get tea and more cookies for us.
Thanks for visiting and taking a glimpse with me into the world of make believe. I don't think we're ever too old to get lost in our dreams.... no matter what they are~Big or Small. This post is dedicated to the little girls in all of us...and to dreams coming true.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and that your New Year is off to a wonderful start. We had a happy and blessed Christmas and I have enjoyed the Christmas afterglow the week following Christmas. This week I've been busy putting away the Christmas decorations and I have to admit, that at first it feels a little sad to box it up and put it all away for another year, but on the other hand, it feels great too, to get things back to normal and in order around the house. I find that after I put the trees, lights and decor away, I've got a clean slate to work with, and it really gets my creative juices flowing. I've been having fun with fluffing my nest. I find that this time of the year... in the winter months, I want to keep things simple in my home decor, not too much clutter, but I still crave a little shimmer and shine around here, so I leave out my silver trays to showcase things on the coffee table and side tables, and to set a glass cloche or two on top of. I love silver any time of the year, but it seems especially nice during the New Year, so I wanted to share this gorgeous silver themed Treasury with you that I am included in today...who knows maybe you'd like to add a touch of shimmer to your home decor this year too.
A big thank you going out to Dayna of Not 2 Shabbee for including me and my heart trinket box in her lovely Treasury collection at Etsy.
