Inspirational Tea Book, Oval Picture Frame, Orchard Inn Family Farm Tapestry, and a Blue Violet Vanity Box....

 I'm popping in to show you my most recent finds....

 a cute metal birdcage votive candle holder with rose...

 this pearl colored old vanity box with pretty blue violets design...

 a lovely "Tea and Inspiration" book by Mary Pielenz Hampton.... it's filled with tea ideas, recipes, (I might have to try some of these), and inspirational Bible quotes...

this salvaged piece of tapestry fabric with apple trees and branch designs "Orchard Inn Family Farm"..... this will be great to incorporate into a sewing project (perhaps a pillow, or kitchen towel) or to frame and hang on the wall in the kitchen! 

 and this oval frame that I put vintage wallpaper in.....maybe I'll make a little collage of frames featuring old wallpaper to display the different scraps I have found....wouldn't that make  interesting wall art?

Old Medicine Bottles, Vintage Miniature Dog Figurines and More....

Bringing to you my latest finds....I love finding amber bottles, especially pretty during the fall decorating season....

I also found this lot of vintage tiny clear glass bottles....once cleaned these will be cute to put small wild flowers in...

I'm always on the hunt for porcelain vintage miniature dogs....they are so tiny and cute ...

and this adorable opalescent white Scottie Dog....

Lastly, I found this 1980's traditional silhouette wedding couple porcelain white cake topper, it has white tulle and pearl bead accents. I couldn't resist picking this up....it would  be cute for a valentine's day table vignette or an anniversary dinner table centerpiece.....

Pretty Old Wallpaper.... In Vintage Picture Frames...

 I wanted to show you all of the vintage art deco style metal picture frames I lucked upon recently .....

 each one is a little different....I love the ornate corners and embossing....

  I think these old frames would mix in great with both rustic and refined home decor look and farmhouse styles too....

  I found these in 8 x 10 size and  5 x 7 size ....

  I filled them with this vintage wallpaper scraps ......

 

 

I'm not sure how I'll display or use these, maybe for decorating backdrops in vignettes or maybe for photographs.... but these remind me of some my grandmother had in her home when I was little....do they bring back any memories for you?
